taking into account the views of the student and their parents. Evidence of individual performance based on learning outcomes will lead to intervention being put in place. We regularly liaise with students and their parents to decide on appropriate provision. This provision could be provided by school staff or from an external agency.
We pride ourselves on building positive relationships with parents. Our aim is to ensure that all of our students achieve their full potential, both academically and socially. Our Learning Support Team includes The Trust Director of SEN, Leader of Learning Support, Teachers, Directors of Progress, Heads of Year and Learning Support Assistants.
