On Tuesday 24th September, our academy took part in an ‘Opera Takeover Day’ organised by the English National Opera.
The day included assemblies, workshops and pop-up performances at break and lunch time. It is safe to say that our students (and staff!) had never had a day like this at the Academy and it was thoroughly enjoyed by all.
Mrs Hewson is working with the National Opera for the duration of this Academic year, so watch this space for further news!
