Our Girls’ Network is progressing well and our Year 10 students have been involved in more meetings and sessions at Constellations.

There’s an overwhelming feeling of joy and cohesion at the monthly meetings. The girls return to see their mentors where they bring work and completed tasks from previous meetings. The sessions are wide and varied and can deal with many things from: helping the girls with self confidence and belief; interview techniques; CV writing and job hunting.
The girls who have signed up for the programme are now in it for life, meaning that when they need help with anything they can call upon the Network to get help with things like applying for university. Then when at University they can get help but then begin to help younger students just starting out with the scheme.
