We appreciate that Year 11 is the most important year in a child’s education so far and parents/carers may well have many questions about the upcoming year. We would like to take this opportunity to invite all Year 11 parents/carers to a Parent Information Evening. In order to make this event as inclusive as possible, it is being held in school on Thursday 6th October at 5.00pm and parents/carers will have the opportunity to ask questions after the presentation.
It is important students and parents attend to understand the requirements of the upcoming GCSE and vocational examinations. We will also provide study skills advice, which will help parents/carers to support their child as they work towards mocks and final exams. It is an extremely important time for the Year 11 cohort and support and collaboration between school and home is vital in working towards success.
We look forward to seeing you all Thursday.
